| Registration |
| Form Submission - Paperwork You can email forms to nosocup@nososoccer.org (preferred) or you can bring them on the first day of the tournament. This includes the play waiver, roster and player cards. The medical waiver does not need to be sent in and if your club/community have these on file, there is no need to have these done. You should maintain your submitted roster and player cards through the duration of the tournament in case there is a challenge to your roster. Any illegible player will result in a forfeit of game(s). |
